General terms and conditions of purchase:

Please read this document carefully as it contains terms and conditions that you agree to, if you continue to use this website. The below terms and conditions apply to your use of NANAN e-store www.nanan.com.kw and any purchase you do through it.

This page will outlines the legal terms and condition under which our company (Rogenda Company for Children Clothing and Supplies W.L.L) will sell you products listed on this website, depending on your residency address.

  • Orders and Payment terms and condition:

By placing any order through our Website, you are confirming that you intend to enter into a contract with us for the purchase of those Products at the stated prices as at the date and time of your order. We reserve the right to modify or change the prices of any product from time to time, for example during promotional periods or where a Product is incorrectly priced. If the Product's correct price as at your order date is higher than the price stated to you, we will contact you for your instructions before we accept your order. The price is exclusive of any value added tax (i.e. VAT or GST or other similar taxes or charges) applicable under the prevailing law.

You place the order for your Products on the Website by clicking the ‘Confirm Order’ button at the end of the checkout process. During the checkout process, you will be asked to complete your payment details. By providing your personal and payment information, you authorize us to share such information with relevant third parties such as payment processing providers and delivery companies. All fields indicated as compulsory must be completed (which includes providing us with a valid phone number email address). We will then send you an email confirming receipt, the details of your order and the delivery costs which will be added to the purchase price (if applicable).

Please note that neither completion of the online checkout process nor our confirmatory email constitute our acceptance of your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place only upon delivery to you subject to full payment having been received.

If we cannot supply you with the Products you ordered for whatever reason, we will not process your order and will inform you of this. This might be because a Product is out of stock or because we have identified an error in the price of the Product. If you have already paid for the Products we will provide you with a full refund as soon as reasonably possible to the card that you used for payment.

  • Delivery Services

We strive to deliver your purchased products in shortest time possible. All orders are in processed as soon as the transaction is confirmed.

Currently, we can only send orders to certain countries where we have permission to sell our products. Customers purchasing from our website will have the option to select receiving their purchases from one of our stores or to request delivering it to their address.

In case you choose to have your product delivered to your address, please note that delivery time and cost will vary according to your address, kind of product and the services you have selected. Kindly note that we will do our best to deliver your confirmed order to the mentioned addressed that we will receive in the confirmation e-mail. So please be sure to use your correct shipping address before placing any order.

If the company faced any issue regarding delivery or store collection orders, we would like to reassure our customers that our staff will follow up and contact them to reschedule the delivery as soon as possible. We will also inform our customer about their order status and when they can collect it from our stores or when it can be delivered.

Please note that we will keep your order in store for 7 business days. After the 7 days period all uncollected orders will be cancelled without any notice, while any payments made will be refunded to the card used if possible.

In case you choose your purchase to be delivered to a certain address and there was no one to receive it, the delivery company will contact the provided number to reschedule the delivery. You can also permit the company to hand your order to others - for example, the housemaid of the home gatekeeper.

Please note that the delivery risks related to the order (including the risk of loss or damage) will be passed to the customer, when the product is delivered to the specified address or after receiving it from our store (as appropriate).

Sometimes, we might not be able to provide you with our products due to reasons beyond our control (such as a lack of materials, a delay in import, or a higher demand than expected). In such cases, we will do our best to keep you informed. However, the company shall under no circumstances be liable for any delay or failure with its deliveries due to such issues.

  • Promotional terms and conditions:

We might offer some promotional discounts on some products purchased by customers directly through our website. Promotion will be applicable on selected products. Orders for qualifying products placed during the promotion period will be eligible for certain terms and conditions.

Any promotional offer will be limited on valid qualifying products purchased by the customer on a specific and limited time only. These offers won’t be applicable with any other sales, discounts, vouchers or other promotion, unless our website specified anything in this regard. The Company reserves the right to amend or terminate the terms & conditions of our offer at any time without any prior notice.
